Directions for Use
After cleansing and toning, gently tilt up and roll the cooling applicator under each eye. Gently tap in to and sweep around your under eye area with your ring finger as part of your morning and evening routine. Works as an excellent addition to under eye concealer to prevent caking and sinking into creases.
