Subscriptions Policy & FAQs
Our subscription service is provided by Seal Subscriptions by way of an integrated app on our website. This app allows you to create an auto-charging subscription service for products that you would like to buy on a regular basis at a reduced price.
When you select a subscription option and complete the checkout with such product, a subscription will be created for you.
You will be able to view, edit and cancel your subscription in the customer portal, which you can access with the magic link you receive in your subscription email or by logging into your account on our website.
1. Where can I see my subscriptions?
If you have an account in our shop, then you will be able to view subscriptions by logging into your account. Your account is located on the left side column of your screen after clicking the 3 horizontal lines (top left of screen on mobile and top right of screen on desktop).
Once in your account click on 'subscriptions' which is located under your address details:
and then by clicking on 'Active' on your subscription page.
You can also access your subscription page by clicking on the magic link below when on the website.

2. How can I view my subscription if I don't have an account?
If you place a subscription order (whether registered and logged in or not), you can view and edit the subscription through the so called "magic link" which is contained in every subscription e-mail. This magic link authenticates you and allows you to edit your subscription without having to log into your account. These links are always present in your subscription emails.
3. Can you change the products in your subscription?
Yes, you can remove and add new products to your subscriptions. You can also change your email address, edit your shipping info, change the subscription interval, change the quantity of the products, skip future orders in the subscription and of course pause, resume, cancel and reactivate your subscription.
4. Can I edit my subscription?
Yes, you can edit your subscriptions. You can change your email address, edit your shipping info, change the subscription interval, add/remove products, change the quantity of the products, skip future orders in the subscription and of course, pause, resume, cancel and reactivate your subscription.
5. How can I cancel my subscription?
You are able to cancel your subscription in the customer portal, which can be accessed via the link you receive in each subscription email OR by logging into your account in our shop. If you are stuggling, you can ask us to cancel it on your behalf.
6. What about my data and personal information?
i) When you place a subscription order or make a purchase on our webiste, the app provider receives information about the order. They collect some information about this order and personal information about you in order to provide the subscription service. Sensitive personal data is always encrypted on their database, using the Advanced Encryption Standard algorithm.
ii) They collect your name, email address, shipping address, billing address which is required to provide the service to you.
iii) For subscriptions with an active automatic charging functionality, they also collect the last four numbers of the payment card, expiration date of the payment card and the payment card type. They never collect nor save the complete payment card details. They require this information to provide the service to you.
iii) When you browse our webiste, they might collect your network information, such as IP address, time of the visit and other network information for the purpose of providing the service.
iv) Data Storage & Data Security - the data collected by them is stored on secure servers, located in Toronto, Canada. Sensitive personal information is encrypted with AES algorithms and access to the data is restricted. The security of your data is important to them, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While they strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, they cannot guarantee its absolute security.
v) Data Retention - any personal data they might receive for the purpose of providing the Service will be deleted 7 days after we stop using the Service and uninstall the app, unless they have to keep it longer for business purposes.
vi) Your data is automatically deleted if they receive an automated request from Shopify to delete data about you. They also automatically delete subscriptions and all data associated with them if they receive a request from Shopify to delete data related to specific orders.
vii) Your data related to cancelled subscriptions is automatically deleted 7 days after cancellation, if we turn on the option to automatically delete cancelled subscriptions.
