Terms & Conditions – Honey Bee Beautiful

Welcome to Honey Bee Beautiful. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. We’ve kept these clear, fair, and customer-friendly and they do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Ordering & Payment

  • You can order through our website, by phone, email, or via our social media channels.

  • The price of goods is as shown on our website at the time of ordering. Postage and packaging will be added at checkout.

  • Full payment must be received before your order can be processed.

  • We accept payment via the methods shown on our website.

2. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). At busy times, dispatch may take up to 5 working days.

  • Delivery is made using Royal Mail and charged at the current Royal Mail rates, based on your order value.

  • If your order has not arrived within 14 working days, please contact us. If your parcel has not been delivered after this time, we will send a replacement (provided the original parcel is returned if it eventually arrives).

  • We currently deliver to mainland UK only. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, or international addresses.

3. Availability

  • Our products are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness. Sometimes an item may be temporarily out of stock.

  • If this happens, we will:

    • let you know the expected wait time,

    • offer an alternative product, or

    • remove the product from your order and issue a refund.

  • Some products are made to order and may take longer to supply so we will notify you if this applies.

  • Multiple quantities can be ordered for personal use, but wholesale or bulk orders must be requested separately by email at info@honeybeebeautiful.co.uk.

4. Returns, Refunds & Our Money-Back Guarantee

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund.

  • In addition, Honey Bee Beautiful offers a 30-day 100% Money-Back Guarantee:

    • If your product isn’t right for you, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

    • We understand you may need to try the product once or twice to know if it suits you so we accept returns where the item has been lightly used.

    • If a significant amount of the product has been used, we may be unable to process a refund.

    • Please return goods (with your order number, name, and reason for return) to: Honey Bee Beautiful, Trestevan Farm, Llangybi, Usk, NP15 1NN

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return or confirmation of a fault.

  • We will also refund reasonable return postage costs if the product is faulty or not as described.

  • Please note: as our products are made from natural ingredients, seasonal variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur, these do not affect product quality.

5. Subscriptions

  • Our subscription service is provided through Seal Subscriptions on our website.

  • By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to automatic recurring payments at the frequency you select.

  • Subscriptions require a minimum of two order cycles before cancellation.

  • After the minimum term, you can pause, change, or cancel your subscription anytime via the customer portal (link provided by email) or by logging into your website account.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and comply with UK data protection law (including the UK GDPR).

  • We will only use your personal information to:

    • process and deliver your orders,

    • handle returns and refunds,

    • improve our service, and

    • (if you have opted in) send you marketing communications.

  • We will never sell your data to third parties. Data may be shared securely with trusted service providers (such as payment processors or Royal Mail) in order to complete your order.
