Honey Bee Beautiful – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Honey Bee Beautiful products. If something isn’t quite right, our returns policy is designed to be simple and fair.

Your Rights

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

  • This applies whether or not the goods are faulty.

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Because we care about your experience, we go beyond the legal minimum:

  • If your product doesn’t suit you, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

  • You may lightly try the product — we understand you need to test it — but if a significant amount has been used, we may not be able to process a refund.

  • Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us straight away.

  • We’ll offer you a replacement or full refund.

  • We’ll also cover your reasonable return postage for faulty or damaged items.

  1. Repackage your item securely.

  2. Include your order number, name, and reason for return.
