HBB REWARDS & LOYALTY SCHEME

Our HBB loyalty scheme means that you can start earning loyalty points for your purchases and interactions with our small business. It's our way of saying thank you for being the best customers around.

Start by clicking on the 'Menu' button (3 horizontal lines) at the top right of the website screen. Next, scroll down the pop out menu on the left and select 'Create an account' if you haven't opened one already, or, if you have, simply log in by selecting the 'Log in' option on this menu. You can then go to your account and see all your past orders and activity.

Loyalty points: to get you started you will earn 200 points just for signing up for an account, then you'll earn one point for every £1 spent on the website.

When it's your birthday you'll receive 100 points from us as a 'Happy Birthday.'  So, make sure to add your birthday when setting up your account so you don't miss out. To add your birthday, start by clicking the black 'basket' icon that appears at the bottom of the website screen (it's on your left if using a desktop and on your right if using a mobile device) and then by selecting 'Ways to earn', followed by 'Celebrate a birthday' and you then select 'Edit date' to enter in your birthday.

You'll also earn 50 points for sharing our content on Facebook, liking our Facebook page @honeybeebeautiful, or for following us on Instagram @honey.bee.beautiful.

To redeem your rewards, when you reach 500 points you will be emailed a Bronze Bee code for £5 off an order, reach 1000 points for a Silver Bee code for £10 off and attain 2500 points for a Gold bee reward, a £25 off code which you enter at checkout to be deducted from your order.

If you want to find your rewards total at any time, or see the ways you can earn points or redeem your reward code for money off at checkout, then simply click on the black 'basket' icon that will appear on your bottom left of the screen when you are accessing our homepage from a desktop, and to your bottom right hand side if you are accessing from your mobile device.
